The customer will also be advised of any problems found at this time.

Details of customer’s computer will be kept on file to enhance technical telephone support.

On completion we will provide the customer with a checklist.

A site visit will be scheduled once every three months, Minimum four visits per year.

1 Year to be pre-booked in advance.

Site Visit = £30.00 + VAT

1 Computer = £15.00 + VAT

This also includes free telephone support.

Preventative maintenance cannot eliminate all problems, sometimes power cuts, and lightning strikes etc cannot be avoided and would need a service contract in place to cover these events.
